Terms: Part-time / Contract
Salary/Rate: $20 / hour (Approximately 5hrs/week)

moveTHRU is an online coaching business that provides grief guidance through movement, mindset and community to anyone who has experienced a loss. Services include online grief support groups, coaching programs, free online courses and social media, live retreats and workouts that provide clients with guidance to not just survive life after a loss — but to ultimately thrive!

 

About the role

 

The Virtual Assistant will work alongside Emily and her Movement & Support Coach by supporting them with the back-end logistics of running a rapidly growing online coaching business. From coordinating meeting events, scheduling client calls, and managing client contracts, the virtual assistant will be a KEY player in maintaining client relationships and providing operational support to keep moveTHRU running smoothly! This position includes opportunities for personal growth, advancement within moveTHRU, and a chance to significantly change the lives of those suffering in grief. 

 

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Manages client intake, onboarding & off-boarding processes for all moveTHRU programs
  • Organizes client contracts, intake forms, testimonials, and program materials in database on Google drive and Kajabi
  • Maintains CRM and tagging systems in Kajabi and Google drive 
  • Creates and schedule standardized emails providing clients with pertinent information before/after each group coaching session 
  • Coordinates calendar and sets up Zoom sessions for team meetings, 1:1 clients and group coaching programs
  • Serves as the initial client point of contact (POC) for questions or concerns during coaching programs
  • Screens and admits members into the moveTHRU Facebook Group 
  • Performing research opportunities as needed

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Reliable, on-time, and able to carry out tasks within required timeframes
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work with a team, take direction and ask for help when needed
  • Ability to be flexible in completing ad-hoc requests, team meetings, and muli-tasking when the need arises
  • Solution oriented, able to problem solve and offer solutions as needed

 

 

Desired Skills

 

  • Knowledge of Kajabi or similar web content and CRM systems
  • Experience with Google products (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar) and Zoom, or other web conferencing tools
  • Grief or mental health background and/or desire to work in this field is a plus!
